The Skin Solutions Process
Acne
Action Plan
This six-step acne program combines personalized assessments, targeted treatments, and ongoing support to clear your skin from the inside out. With consistent check-ins and customized care, most clients see long-lasting clarity within just a few months.
STEP 1
When you arrive, we’ll review your health history and discuss any possible triggers that may be contributing to your breakouts. We’ll take photos and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.
STEP 2
Within 48 hours, I’ll email you a written version of your treatment plan, along with any recommended nutrition guidance or supplements to support optimal results. Please keep in mind that results are most successful when the protocol is followed exactly as outlined.
STEP 3
You’ll receive your first follow-up within two weeks. I’ll ask for updated photos and any changes you’ve noticed. Purging is a real possibility during this stage—something is causing an imbalance in your body, and clearing the skin can temporarily make acne appear worse before it gets better.
STEP 4
This visit marks your first in-clinic treatment. We’ll take new photos to track your progress. Most treatment plans require a minimum of three sessions, depending on your skin and the severity of your acne. The good news is that this is typically when the purging phase begins to subside and improvement becomes more noticeable.
STEP 5
I’ll continue to follow up with you approximately every two weeks, reviewing photos and monitoring your skin’s progress. As your acne clears and your skin adjusts throughout the treatment process, we may make updates to your skincare routine as needed.
STEP 6
By this stage, we’ll have been working together for about 4–5 months, and your skin should be about 90–100% clear—yay! After your final treatment, keep in mind that your skin’s cell turnover cycle is 4–6 weeks. Because of this, you’ll receive another follow-up message about four weeks after your last treatment to ensure everything is continuing smoothly.
